Life is full of new beginnings: New job, new baby, newly empty nest, retirement coming into sight. Often, these new beginnings come with the need to buy or sell a house.
Whether you're moving in, moving on, or moving up; whether you are buying your first house or selling your last, give me a call! I would be honored to help you create your next new beginning.
I am no stranger to new beginnings myself. For more than 26 years during my previous career as an Army Intelligence Officer, my family and I bounced back and forth between different posts in Virginia, Texas, Colorado and Kansas. We also and lived overseas in Munich, Germany and Tokyo, Japan. Our oldest daughter had 11 addresses before her 18th birthday! When it comes to moving, and the stress that is sometimes involved in the process, I can relate...and I can help!
I am also no stranger to Williamsburg. Williamsburg has been a touchstone for my family during all the years of moves, since this is where Grandma lived. I was married in Williamsburg, and lived here when I was assigned to Ft. Monroe. It has always been our unofficial "home town," so when I retired from the Army in 2008, Williamsburg seemed like the perfect place to land. It is such a great place to live...plenty to do and see, but with all the wonderful attributes of small town living.
If you are buying, let me show you why I love where I live, and let me help you find a new place that you can call home. If you are selling, let me present your home in its best possible light to the widest possible audience and help you move on to your next chapter.
