Specializing in new construction for the past eight years with one of Richmond’s top builders, I've forged invaluable partnerships and gained insights that give my clients a distinct advantage. This experience, coupled with a deep understanding of market trends, allows me to bring a personalized touch to every real estate journey.

My roots span across several great places I've been fortunate to call home. I was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, with cherished memories of family retreats in the mountains of Pennsylvania and West Virginia.  At 18, I moved to South Carolina for college and went on to spend 13 years living in the Palmetto State,  three years in the coastal charm of Murrells Inlet, followed by a decade in the vibrant Upstate of Greenville.  In 2008, I relocated to the Richmond area, first settling in North Chesterfield for 13 years before moving to Short Pump, where my partner Allen and I bought a home together in 2021.

Together, we have a lively family of five: Kathleen, 23, an Auburn University graduate working in marketing for a real estate firm in Alabama; Garrett, 22, a Project Manager in commercial construction; Ashur, 20, a baseball player at Barton College; Quinton, 17, who plays baseball at Godwin High School; and Kylie, 14, our budding thespian and future Dr. at Godwin High. Completing our family are Charlie, our Aussiedoodle, and Murphy, our Boxer!
