Patrick is a native son of RVA with a deep love for and appreciation of the area, culture, climate, and economics. He began his career in real estate following a rewarding career in higher education. The transition from helping students and faculty achieve their goals and dreams to helping people achieve goals of home ownership and upward mobility has been very rewarding. His experience in higher education enables him to relate to the transitional needs of college and university faculty and administrators.
Patrick also has a real heart for people working diligently to obtain their first home. A graduate of Hermitage High School, Liberty University, VCU, and the University of Alabama, he uses that broad experience to relate to the housing needs and desires of all clients. As a real estate investor, he understands the particulars of buying, renovating, and managing for investment.
When Patrick is not assisting real estate clients, he enjoys gardening, home renovation, singing, woodworking, old Volvos, and building a treehouse with grandson, Drew.
