About Kevin Ashworth

Kevin has always had the mindset to stay focused on the end goal. He has spent the last 20yrs strengthening his abilities to multitask and negotiate by selling for some of the largest plumbing manufacturers in the US/World. Those same skill sets have assisted him in his personal life. Over the past 10yrs Kevin has personally bought and sold numerous real estate investment properties. Whether he’s negotiating with contractors, agents, owners or buyers, he has the ability to communicate the needs and wants to create deals. He knows the importance of building relationships as well as what it takes to negotiate price, recommend changes and staying on schedule.

As a lifelong native to Hampton Roads, Kevin has over 4 decades of experience growing up in the region. His father retired in Newport News over 20yrs ago from the Naval Air Station, and 3 of his 4 siblings still call Hampton Roads home today. After graduating from Christopher Newport University in 1999, Kevin spent the next 20yrs selling and traveling the country. His wife, a local veterinarian, graduated from the University of VA in 1998, Va Tech in 2003 and were married that September... just 2 days after Hurricane Isabel swept through Hampton Roads taking everyone’s electricity with it. This is where Kevin was able to show others his ability to shine under pressure with “plan B” being a beautiful candle lit wedding in the dark in front of family and friends.

Today Kevin and his wife have 2 beautiful daughters and 3 great dogs to share their home with locally. They enjoy spending time on their boat with friends, hiking with their dogs and watching their kids volleyball tournaments. Kevin understands what it takes to identify the right property, the right deal and the right timing to find a house to call home.
