I am an experienced REALTOR working every day to help buyers and sellers navigate the exciting processes of real estate marketing, sale and purchase. Understanding the great importance of finding the right home, selling a property in a timely manner, finding the best ways to maximize value, and respecting my clients' goals, needs and time limitations are all a big part of my work philosophy. I have had the pleasure of working with first time home buyers, growing families, downsizing households, seniors, military personnel and investors too and I have the tools, experience and market knowledge that are crucial to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in our area. As a Local resident of Hampton Roads, I enjoy living and raising a family here, and introducing people to our area and all that it has to offer. I am also the owner of Smart Admin Services, a company that offers real estate transaction coordinator services . It is my honor to support administrative processes ensuring smooth transactions from contract to settlement. My experience in this field is extensive and includes over 1700 transactions closed since 2013 offering a significant added value to each transaction I assist with. I am currently studying towards an MBA at the Raymond A. Mason School of business at William and Mary. I am enjoying expanding my knowledge in various business aspects and have developed a special interest in finance and commercial real estate and looking forward to connecting with local business owners and offering services in this field as well.
