What do I provide?

With a degree in Interior Design, I am well-versed in trends and the art of staging. Before listing, I will take note of your existing home furnishings, paint colors, etc. and provide you with a list of items you can do to make your home stand out. I also offer a complimentary staging consult if necessary.
· We will decide if a Pre-Listing Home Inspection and Pre-Listing Appraisal are needed and if so I provide this free of charge.
I provide a professional photographer, free of charge, to capture your home’s best features.
Your home is then listed in the Williamsburg MLS and the Newport News MLS (Rein) for maximum exposure. These sites feed directly into Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia and more.
Your home will appear on my List With Leigh Ann website
You home will also be represented through print advertising such as the The Virginia Gazette and The Next Door Neighbor

With my intense knowledge of the area, I have been a resident for 13 years, I will take into account your desires, needs and wants to help you narrow down your areas of need. I believe sitting down and discussing these needs before we start our search makes this process start out on the right foot.

I graduated from The University of Memphis with a degree in Interior Design and spent the first half of my career working as a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer. Growing up I was always so interested in why people chose the houses they lived in and how to best help those get the most out of their homes. Where many people can see a long narrow room that is hard to decorate, I can see one side used as a TV area and the other as a convenient office. I pride myself as being able to see outside the box and I am happy to share those visions with you!
