Hi, I’m Henley Ayers Jackson, a REALTOR® who believes buying or selling a home should feel exciting, informed, and personal; not overwhelming. I’m passionate about helping my clients move through the real estate process with confidence, clarity, and someone in their corner who truly cares about the outcome.

I’m known for my strong communication, attention to detail, and client-first approach. I take the time to understand each client’s goals, priorities, and concerns so I can provide thoughtful guidance and confidently advocate for their best interests from the very beginning through the closing table.

I pride myself on being proactive, and prepared. Whether I’m coordinating showings, navigating negotiations, managing deadlines, or working through the details behind the scenes, my goal is to create a smooth experience while making sure my clients always feel informed and supported.

Before transitioning fully into residential real estate, I built a strong background in customer service, sales, and property management. Those experiences taught me how to communicate with all types of people, manage moving pieces, remain composed under pressure, and anticipate needs before they become problems. Those skills now play an important role in how I serve and represent my real estate clients. I grew up in Prosper, Texas but would visit my grandparents in Newport News, Virginia every summer. I have always loved the beautiful state of Virginia; especially Hampton Roads! It's no wonder I ended up here. 

To me, real estate is much more than a transaction. I value building genuine relationships and becoming a trusted resource my clients can rely on well beyond closing day. I want my clients to know they can come to me with questions, ideas, or future plans long after the keys have been handed over.
