Teresa is a great photographer. Both are outstanding in what they do. They kept us informed at every step and can't think of anything more that they could have done for us. We will refer Sully and Teresa and Liz Moore & Associates in the future.

They were recommended to me by the rental agent who had handled our home for almost 30 years. Following their recommendations we got the house in shipshape before we put it on the market. Once the for sale sign was planted in the ground it took one hour to get a solid offer. These guys know what they’re doing and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great Realty team.

We searched the internet and chose the Sullivans for two primary reasons......their years of experience and the fact that they lived in the community. Their technological knowledge gave us a great marketing advantage because of their presentation. Their honest suggestions on what we needed to do to prepare were very helpful. As part of their package, they communicate with the seller on a weekly basis. This is something they truly followed thru with. They were also available to answer any questions at any time and made a great team. The contract and closing were handled seamlessly with no surprises. We were kept abreast of each step.

Their business model: Sheer honesty, unparalleled stick-to-itive-ness, coupled with several decades of real estate savvy. They WILL get the job done! As a team, their clearly defined roles are nothing short of impressive. Sully went to work setting a fact based, indisputable selling price based on an informal but nonetheless flawless “Sullivan” algorithm. Teresa’s input ensured we, the clients, were particularly comfortable with the figure after eliciting our numerous data points. Then another of her myriad of skills was brought to bare in amazing fashion. She put together a marketing package that was tediously crafted to realize maximum visibility, while ever mindful of overexposure. Descriptive print material eloquently detailed every feature of our home. Still photos were perfect and a masterfully crafted virtual tour package drew perspective buyers to our house like moths to a flame. They painstakingly stepped through a weekly checklist that not only left no stone unturned, but provided an invaluable feedback loop to us. Each week, the checklist exponentially intensified as it grew with simultaneous points of attack. In the end, our house sold well within the area average and right at our “proceeds” takeaway target. Sully and Teresa are exceptional. If you are not engaging them to quarterback the purchase/sale of your next house, dream home or not, then you are inexcusably using the incorrect team; be it be yourself or some other.

We purchased a home with them 17 years prior and were so very impressed with their expertise we told them then that if we ever sold our new home they would be our realtor. When we made the decision to sell our custom home Teresa and sully were the first ones we called. They walked us through the entire process step by step. We were quite anxious but they reassured us constantly. Sully prepared an a outstanding, comprehensive sales analysis to determine the perfect sales price. Teresa walked through every inch of the home helping us stage the home in preparation for showings. They guided us the entire way and provided outstanding advice. When we received our offer, they were instrumental in keeping us focused and helped us to get top dollar for our home in a slower market for homes in our price range.

Working as a team, their continuous updates were really appreciated. With their combined knowledge and experience you can trust them to have your best interest throughout the process. Teresa's wonderful photos showcased our home. Sully did an excellent job negotiating the purchase of our new town home. We highly recommend Sully and Teresa for selling or buying your home.
