We sold a house and bought a condo. I did EXACTLY what she said to do, and we won all the way around. What Teresa did that we found most valuable was that the house book available on pdf. and listings on line, photos were excellent, having a partner in Sully was also helpful, so I was never without an answer to a question, paying for staging expert, knowing handyman to fix things and the best home inspection man on the Peninsula (Jamison Brown). Terrific recommendation for a moving company. I will absolutely refer Teresa and Liz Moore & Associates in the future. She just seems to know the answer to everything.

In all they had to do to successfully get us into a nice home, they did it with excellence and such grace! We've referred them to several people and will continue ~ we honestly would have had some major issues/problems had it not been for sully & Teresa's "pit bull" tenacity. We just can't recommend them highly enough!! We are genuinely very satisfied and would want Sully & Teresa again to assist if/when we sell.

Teresa and Sully were both professional and effective in marketing and selling this property. I have worked with many realtors throughout the country (both buying and selling) and they are the best I have known. Their communication and follow-up was superb. There's only 5 stars on here but I'd give them 6 in all categories if possible. Sold our house in record time...can't say enough good regarding the transaction.....Bob and Teresa were on top of everything every step of the way. What a great team!

I worked a deal with Sully and Teresa and they were wonderful to work with. The entire transaction went very smoothly and they were very easy to communicate with. I hope to do more deals with them in the future.
