We were in a pinch. We needed a house within 3 weeks. There were specific requirements. Teresa and Sully focused on our needs and found the right house within our time line, and well within our price range. All this was done while we were 4 states away. We would not consider buying another house without talking with Teresa and Sully!

As a first time homebuyer I don't think I could have had a better experience. Teresa and Sully were extremely knowledgeable along with patient and willing to teach me the ins and outs of the home buying process. I felt fully supported by them in all of my decisions, they were very much on my side the entire time to ensure I find the perfect house for me (and I did). Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our experience with Sully and Teresa was excellent. We were informed with updates on the sale of our home every step of the way. Having sold another home in the same year with another relator, I can say Teresa and Sully gave us all the tools and guidance we needed to make the best decision. Never pushy, but always shared their knowledge of the area and the market. Through a time when real estate is very hot, we felt like they truly cared about us, and we were not just another transaction!

Teresa and Sully were very through with the initial inspection of my home and had indicated some things that needed to be addressed to prepare the house for showing. Had it not been for their keen eyes I’m sure I would have missed many items that needed correction before putting it on the market. As it turned out, I got more than I was asking for. On the down side though, I did have to make some repairs after the inspection in order to close the deal, but I was ok with that and Teresa and Sully helped me thru that process as well. All in all the whole process went smoothly and I did not feel so vulnerable knowing Teresa and Sully were with me and available at all times. I'm now living the good life in Gloucester!

This move was particularly stressful because my husband and I were selling in order to rent a property to allow my elderly mother to
live with us. The Wineberry property would not accommodate my mother's needs. So, it was bittersweet to sell a home we loved.
Teresa and Sully were very kind, responsive, knowledgeable and decisive in selling our house.
More than once Teresa suggested things we would not have known that helped us select the right buyer and decide what updates to make and not make to our house. Also there was never a time that Teresa did not answer a question within a short time.

We did a remote purchase (from Germany) and the Sullivans were very helpful with our unique problems. Sully was on time for appointments and prepared to answer any questions. This was problematic and required flexibility and coordination due to the time difference between Germany and the USA. If we should ever need a realtor again Teresa and Sully would be our first choice!

The Sullivans explained everything as it happened. During times of stress such as buying and selling, we don't always remember from times past but things do change.
Sully was quick to jump in and assist with the situation that arose when the first closing didn't happen and facilitated an arrangement that benefited everyone concerned.
I would certainly use the Sullivans again if I were to ever buy or sell something in his area! This is my last move. I have recommended the Sullivans and Liz Moore many times.

Teresa knew exactly when to step in to give advice and when to hold back and allow me to make my own decisions.

The Sullivan's knowledge and preparation made me realize I was in good hands and allowed me to sit back and not worry. Everything I was told happened exactly as I was told it would and I would highly recommend Liz Moore Realty!

Teresa and Sully gave us step by step guidelines for what to expect and when to expect those things. We were never confused or left in the dark. They were amazing!
