Debi will work for you in the best way. We lived in Texas, and Debi went to houses we selected, took videos, and sent them to us. She helped us negotiate a price just hundreds below the next highest bidder. She worked directly with me to amend the contract for inspection repairs. Her recommendations were always right on. She arranged for local, trustworthy (and inexpensive!) contractors to come out to the house and prepare estimates and do repairs. She responded to texts and emails way past business hours. She solved problems for us as they came up with minimal effort on our part. Kenny Plourde was on top of his game 24/7 and even when he was showing another house he got a colleague to show us the home we were requesting to see (since houses were staying on the market for 24hrs if you were lucky).
