Cassie and Maryann brought there A game to every showing. They were always ready to answer questions or follow up with us if they didn't know an answer. At showings they would point things out about properties that could have been problems for us. For
example in one house they were quick to point out a sloped floor. This did a lot to build my trust in them. At that point I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on anything.They helped us in the negotiating process and walked us through the bome buying process. We were first time home buyers so it was a little overwhelming, but Cassie and Maryann made it easier.

Peggy had great idaes and even gave us her opinion when she could tell we were struggling to make a house work. That was great because we could tell she wanted us to be happy and not to hurry up and buy a house so she could make her commission. All we had to do was ask and she was there for us. Not sure where to start

Not sure where to start accept that if you want a highly responsible, professional and capable realtor than I suggest you hire Frances. I'll give you our story....Frances was referred to us by our listing agent. Frances helped us negotiate a contract on a house we loved and did a fantastic job in that negotiation, including continuous communication with us throughout. About 2 days before closing, as we were moving out of the house we were selling, we found out that their were "issues with the title" but according to the seller agent it would still close. On the morning of closing we found out that the seller was only the executor and no one had paid for the mortgage for a year, therefore, $30k in the hole. They released us from the contract and we were now homeless with 2 kids, 2 dogs, and a cat. In comes Francis to save the day. We quickly found another home we loved and negotiated on that home THAT same night, Friday night. Frances also secured us money from her Agency to help us with storing our goods. Since we were homeless and the new sellers had already vacated the house, we wanted to move fast on closing and also take early possession. Frances was able to schedule an inspection in 2 days and get the financial process moving, with an anticipated closing in 2.5 weeks. She also negotiated an early possession with the sellers and we moved in 5 days after our original closing fell through. It was simply amazing seeing her work and move mountains for us. Our situation could have been a real disaster and strain on my family, but Frances took on that burden herself and came through in a BIG way. I will forever be grateful for her and Team Hensley

My family and I had been searching for a home for over 1 1/2 years. This is not the norm I
know, but we had special needs. The home had to have separation for my daughter and myself,
had to give us a craft room and had to have the right land for my horses and our pets. Now I
have to say that during the majority of that time we had another realtor and felt like we were
doing all the work. Kim listened to our needs and gave us the leads we needed to find the right
home. We were a challenge I am sure, but Kim stuck by us through all the this isn't right, that's
not quite it. She didn't get frustrated with us, or if she did she never let it show. With her help
and knowledge we found exactly the right house and when we found another offer had been
made, Kim guided us to get the best deal without going over our budget. We had faith in her
negotiating skills and experience to tell her to do what she felt best to help us to get the house
we wanted. She showed a great deal of patience and was friendly, yet professional. She
listened to what we said when a house wasn't quite right, and tweaked the search to be more in
line with what we were looking for. When we showed an interest in a house she knew what
questions to ask to make sure it would fit our needs before we went to look at it and was very up
front with conditions and layout. She traveled with us all over the Richmond area and never
flinched when we asked to look in Mechanicsville and then Amelia and Powhatan and
everywhere in between. she is well aware of market trends and what buyers are looking for. I
highly recommend Kim as your agent whether buying or selling your home. She will get the job
done. I consider her a friend for life. Thank you Kim.

We bought our dream retirement home in Ford's Colony and then COVID hit, so we had to postpone moving to Williamsburg. We made a decision to rent our house. Allison is always on top any issue. We felt like we had a relative or close friend watching out for our property.
