About Patrick Pauls
Patrick is a Virginia native, born in Portsmouth. Growing up, he lived in Portsmouth, Virginia, Newburgh, New York, Virginia Beach, Virginia, and finally Williamsburg which he considers home. Patrick currently resides in Newport News.
After graduating from Lafayette High School (Go RAMS), he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as a Jet Engine Mechanic. After 20 faithful years, Patrick retired in 2015 after serving at Tyndall AFB, Panama City, Florida, Seymour-Johnson AFB in Goldsboro, North Carolina, Spangdahlem AB, Germany, and finally Dyess AFB in Abilene, Texas.
Patrick is an avid NASCAR and Football fan. Tony Stewart and Washington Redskins respectively. He enjoys working on anything from his house to his cars. He also enjoys traveling and loves the rich history that Virginia has to offer, from visiting the Civil War battlefields to the Smithsonian Museums in Washington D.C, especially the Air and Space Museum. Patrick is a bit of an Aviation nut, he really wishes he had learned to fly.
After retiring, Patrick worked as an At-Home Apple Care Advisor for a short time before realizing that his true passion is – REAL ESTATE. Patrick has had an interest in real estate, since childhood, he grew up with parents who were both REALTORS®. At first, he hated (as most children do) being hauled from house to house to look at properties. Eventually, he came to love it, it became fun, interesting and exciting.
Patrick is thrilled with his new career path and ready to help you with all your real estate needs. After all, what could be better than helping someone find their dream home or helping them get the best price for a home they are selling!
