Hello! I'm Lauren, an outgoing, optimistic individual who passionately cares about people and real estate! I highly value the relationships I create and treat each home sale as if it were my own. I was born and raised in Williamsburg but have mostly lived in Richmond since 2010. After transferring to VCU, from Radford University, I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications, concentrating in Public Relations. Soon after, I ventured out to see what the world had to offer. I spent two years living abroad in Australia and New Zealand. I love traveling and immersing myself in other cultures. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, running, and snowboarding. Spin classes, catching up with family and friends, taking my mini-daucshaund on river walks, or reading a good book are a few things I like to do in my free time. Autumn and the holiday season are my absolute favorite times of year. During those months you can often catch me participating in as many festive activities as possible. I am the oldest child of four and love my siblings more than anything. My family is my foundation. Between them, and the 12 years spent in service industry, I have developed the work ethic, integrity, and motivation it takes to be the best Realtor possible. In Lauren's first year of Real Estate she received "Rookie of the Year" and "Top Agent" within Liz Moore & Associates, and the state of Virginia. In 2022 she made the Richmond Top Producers list. In 2023 she made Virginia's Top Agent list and was featured as a Rising Star in the October issue of Richmond Real Producers magazine. In April of 2023 she ventured into the Commerical side of Real Estate, however still maintains a strong presence on the Residential side.
