There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional: integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
With more than 38 years of experience as a Williamsburg real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to their needs.
This "client first" philosophy also encourages me to continually improve my skills. I've found that the latest technologies have enhanced my efficiency and helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
So what made me choose Williamsburg and how did I get here?
My husband and I moved to Williamsburg from New York, in 1983. It was the best decision we made, raising our daughters Zoë and Alexandra here within the supportive Williamsburg community, was a wonderful experience.
We have enjoyed sharing our lives with our Golden Retriever fur babies since 1975. All 6 of them have enjoyed the wonderful outdoor opportunities that the Williamsburg area has to offer.
As part of my career in real estate, I’ve come to appreciate the diversity and experiences of all my clients. Besides real estate, “travel" is my other passion. My husband and I have traveled to more than 50 different countries, and I have always been fascinated by different cultures and how people live throughout the world. This gives me a genuine appreciation for and helps guide me in helping my clients through the home buying and selling process.
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family homes, condos, townhouses, land, and income property within the cities of Williamsburg, James City County, York County, New Kent County, Charles City County, Newport News, and West Point and, I’m able to help you in your real estate needs throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
