I love the real estate business and I view my job as being a trusted family advisor for all your buying and selling activities. I really like the art and the science of buying and selling homes and particularly enjoy guiding my clients through the process.
My military background has provided me some valuable planning skills that I use every day. A real estate transaction is huge - yet many people often don't get quality advice to reduce risk, anxiety and ensure the transaction is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Buying or selling a home is not always simple. If you want to know the time it takes to sell, the average price, and the competition here in the local area, I can help you understand those numbers and all aspects of the local real estate market. If you want to buy a home I can offer you the same information and lead you through the process.
If you are a buyer, once you have selected your home and are under contract, I will get you through all the inspections and contingencies in the least stressful manner possible. You will be enjoying your new home before you know it!
If you are a seller, I will use our 10 step pricing methodology to analyze the market and recommend appropriate pricing. Starting with current local market statistics I will determine the likelihood of selling your home and provide a general idea of expected time frame for closing. I will be there for you throughout the entire selling process- guiding and advising you throughout all aspects of the transaction.
