I contacted Shavonne and asked her to find the owners and let know of my interest. She successfully got in communication with the owners of each property. Then, she went to the city to find out if I could do what I planned. This whole process took a couple of months. She was patient, listened to my concerns and made me feel as if my satisfaction was the most important part of the transaction. She made herself available to us by email, telephone and text, which really made scheduling (whether it was photographs, showings or the inspection) a breeze. Additionally, Faith always made sure that she sent us a reminder email or text before appointments, which kept us prepared and organized during a really busy season of life. During closing, Faith found a duplicative charge on the settlement statement and didn't hesitate to inquire on our behalf. We ended up getting the statement revised, which resulted in a larger amount of money for us–always a good thing when you are the seller! This interaction is symbolic of the type of realtor Faith is: client driven, detail oriented and someone you can trust.
