Dewey went above and beyond on this transaction! Our former home sold quickly, above list price, with multiple offers! Considering that the pre-appraisal came in below what we expected, we decided to list it for what we felt was a fair price, understanding that the buyers appraisal may force us to lower our price. We were thrilled to hear that the buyer's appraisal came in at the price they offered!
Coming from a Real Estate background, I understand the intricacies of handling both sides of a
