Our house requirements included 3 car garage, minimum of four full bathrooms associated with Bedrooms, a Master Bath and Bedroom on the first floor, maximum storage space, and exit to back yard that did not include more that 6 steps to the yard from the deck, a large kitchen, and wall space for our "things" that we acquired living in England, and Belgium for 10 years.
