A friend actually recommended Frances to me when I first expressed interest in buying a house because of her knowledge of the homebuying process and her ability to explain each step of the way. And while this wasn't the first house that I've purchased in my life, this was the first time that I had to purchase a house on my own.

Frances asked me to come in on day one so that she could meet me in person, go over the house specs that I was looking for in my price range, and to provide information that I needed to know to start the process. She set me up with my own portal to help make the house hunting easier for both of us.

As we started to tour the houses that I had chosen, Frances provided honest feedback on the properties and my opinions of them, which ultimately guided me to the house that I ended up choosing.

Toby was awesome. We were living in and moving from different states and had roughly a couple of weeks to find a home before school started. It didn't matter what time it was or questions we had. He either had an answer or was back to us shortly thereafter. We definitely plan to use him again in the future.

Kim kept things on track and as agreed in contract when builder tried numerous times to shirk things. I should have asked for build appt times that allowed Kim to be present. She would have seen things I was unaware of.
