I had previously listed my home and it sat on the market for 6 months. With Debi’s guidance, we had a contract in less than 2 months and closed a month later! My home required several repairs: Debi found reputable contractors, provided estimates, and was there when the work completed- and all before the closing date! Debi explained each step of the selling process and I appreciate all that she did to not only market my home, but to get it sold!

We enjoyed working with Jenny. She is very personable, professional and always quick to get answers and return calls. Great to work with! Jenny really 'stuck to her guns' when dealing with other agents. You have a great asset with Jenny.

John found exactly what we were looking for in a house and community and found us the perfect home. John will always be considered a part of our family! At no time did we feel pressure to buy. I think John would have driven to the end of the earth to show us a home we were interested in. The process from the home selection all the way down to the utilities transfer was the smoothest purchase one could ever dream of. He was outstanding in his negotiating skills, knowledge, responsiveness and preparation! A 10 all the way around!

ODE TO DIANE

Since 1988, my wife Karen & I have had 14 different homes; ranging from a beach house on the Florida Panhandle, to a 5 acre ostrich ranch near Boulder, Colorado to a funky little trailer next to the beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park. We bought and sold some ourselves, but mostly we used real estate agents. We’ve kissed a lot of frogs and one princess.

The Princess is Diane. Until we met her a few weeks ago at one of her ubiquitous open houses, we never realized what a great real estate agent should do. Diane was amazing! She did an open house, had a real estate agents “caravan”, prepared a home inspection, had an appraisal done and did a classy virtual tour of our house, after she gave us a list of the things we should do to make our house show better- we even had to buy new towels and fold them “the Diane way”. She was a bundle of energy. We sold our house in 11 days!

Those of us who grew up in the ‘50s remember those fantastic Cecil B. DeMille, bigger-than-life movie productions like “The Ten Commandments”. Well, move over Cecil, get ready for a “Diane Beal Production”.

John was always available to address questions/concerns that we had. His response time was fantastic. He also took pictures of the home and neighborhood during the building period and gave us updates since were out of state. His responsiveness, preparation and knowledge are OUTSTANDING!

Deelyn is very professional and personable. She was always available or at least followed up ASAP. In addition to all her professional help, Deelyn has become a wonderful friend and has assisted us in finding local resources for many needs. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond in making our move as easy as possible was outstanding. We have recommended her many times already and will continue to do so. She was perfect!!

Andrea was professional, responsive and willing to go beyond minimum requirements in support of our needs. She provided us useful recent sales information that allowed me to make a realistic offer based on $/square foot. Everything went was well as we could have expectyed and we coundn't be more please with the home and service provided to us!

The services we received from Meg were beyond excellent. Meg has gone above and beyond for us. We love her.
