I am a first time home owner and this was an interesting experience where I learned so much from Toby. He is very courteous to being with, and has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATION SKILLS. In as much as it is a business, Toby ensured that I was priority and that I became his business. While he helped me in finding a home, he also gave me the opportunity to choose what I wanted. He is very honest, personal because he cares about my interest, yet he was professional at the same time. He also has a sense of humor, that I found out during the time working with him. It was a pleasure doing business with Toby and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with no second thoughts.

We have bought and sold 12 homes all over the Eastern seaboard in our 51 years of marriage and she is the finest agent we have ever known. We have recommended her to everyone and will be using her services again if we ever sell our "dirt" as she calls our adjacent lot, to our home.

Heather worked very hard at getting all the repairs done. Heather did everything she could to get us the best value. Our experience with Heather went extremely well.

Heather was available just about all hours of the day, so that was extremely helpful during our month between finding the house and closing day. She helped get the of the house down as well as about $3000 worth of repairs made before closing. We have already referred her several times!

She had excellent advice based on her extensive knowledge of the Williamsburg housing market and her years of experience. Having moved out of state prior to the sale of the home, we found it reassuring that Diane kept us updated with every showing.

In all they had to do to successfully get us into a nice home, they did it with excellence and such grace! We've referred them to several people and will continue ~ we honestly would have had some major issues/problems had it not been for sully & Teresa's "pit bull" tenacity. We just can't recommend them highly enough!! We are genuinely very satisfied and would want Sully & Teresa again to assist if/when we sell.

She is persistent! Our move took a very long time. We first Listed with another company and were not satisfied with his efforts to attract a buyer. We moved our listing to Peggy after having met her at our home. She does not become complacent. In the final analysis, her persistence and energy won the day! I will refer Peggy and Liz Moore & Associates in the future.
