She did not pressure me and truly gave sound advice regarding the purchase. She is also very through in ensuring all repairs needed were made by the sellers as requested. Followed up on my questions and good communication. She provided a contact list for companies that needed to be notified for transfer of services, such as utilities. This is very helpful as I am new to the area. She also worked closely with the seller's agent to ensure good communication and a very smooth transfer of property.
