if you ever need a realtor that’s the man every home buyer need. This realtor is so professional, easy to get along with and most of all he would steer you in the right direction throughout the whole process. He is always available and ready to assist with every request. Toby is truly amazing, i recommend him to everyone.

She was able to help me buy my dream house. Leanne was able to negotiate with the sellers realtor on the price of my dream house, she made sure they still paid some closing costs, paid the home warranty and did all repairs needed before closing. She also looked over my closing worksheet to make sure it was accurate, which it was not, and I ended up paying less at closing than expected. Leanne as always responsive and quick to answer my questions. I will refer Leanne and Liz Moore and Associates in the future!

I can't think of a better "partner" to have brought me through the selling process. Debi was able to deliver a lot of complex information about the selling process in an easily digestible manner. She was very good in the way that she introduced new information along the way, at each step, so I never felt overwhelmed by what I needed to learn to get a successful sale and closing. It was most valuable to have the house inspected prior to listing and the convenience of knowing a contractor to fix things that needed to be repaired. Teresa's knowledge of staging is a big help too. And of course I think the price Sully recommended to me to market the house was just right. I'm really happy with the results!
