Meg Clark with Liz Moore & Associates took care of every bump in the road that is bound to come up when buying and especially selling a home. From staging and inspections to getting outrageous foot traffic to sell our home in no time at all! The support staff at Liz Moore was beyond professional. They always knew who we were and why we were calling.
Meg Clark knows homes and neighborhoods to a point that actually is mind boggling. Just when we thought a few properties had potential she would just point out a few basic details to consider and our entire perspective changed. We had an excellent experience working with Shirley Hammond at the Newport News office! Selling a home in the winter around the holidays is always a challenge, but within a week of listing the home at Thanksgiving we had a bidding war and closed with an offer above asking price. Shirley made the entire process very easy for us! Her expertise with knowing how to price a home in a tough market and which updates would make an older home more appealing to buyers were spot on. Shirley makes you feel like part of the family with her warm and caring personality, We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience working with Shirley and the entire Liz Moore team!
