Since we were out of town she made several trips to homes to video for us. She made weekly follow ups to keep us posted on the completion of the house. We are extremely satisfied at the services we received.

All I had to do was call her and she took care of everything. Everything she did was very helpful. I have used Brenda several times before and always got great service. I couldn't have ask for anyone better.

Brenda is a consummate professional and goes out of her way to help. Her zooming the house and negotiating repairs since we could not fly from AZ to view the house on person. She was amazing! We have made a new friend.

Yet, it's not until you've experienced the whole process from beginning to end, until you can truly appreciate the forethought, experience, and methodology that they have down to a beautiful science. I cannot think of anything that could have made our experience any better. I wouldn't be a good friend, if I didn't insist on first calling LMA.

She was ALWAYS available for questions, concerns, silly stress freak outs!! She always made us feel like it was going to be fine no matter what we came to her with. No matter what the question, she always has the perfect answer. She could not have done anything more, she was amazing.

There were plenty of showings and she stayed in contact when necessary. I know I wasn't her only client but she gave me all the attention as if I were. Absolutely will refer Brenda.
