Kelly Ross is the absolute best! Sold the home immediately after listing and she communicated with us every step of the way. I'd recommend Kelly to anyone buying or selling a home.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Ross in selling our home. She is very professional and kept us updated and informed through the whole process. She explained everything very well and gave us advice and insight on important decisions. She worked very hard and went above and beyond in getting our house sold. Kelly & Justine were there from my selling my condo to me purchasing my new condo. They helped me every step of the process. Even when I moved into my new condo, I had some issues. They were right by my side helping me. I just can't say enough good things about them. As individual agents, they are great, but as a team unbelievable! Where is the option to give more than 5 stars? My husband and I were referred to Kelly and Justine at the beginning of our search for our dream home. We live in Chicago and were planning a move to Virginia. They were the first realtors that we spoke to and we knew instantly that they were the perfect fit for us.

I cannot express enough how incredibly fun, efficient, and knowledgeable they are. Any time we had a question, they answered it immediately. Any time we sent over the link to a house we wanted to see, they booked a showing for as soon as was available. They gave us honest feedback on properties that we on the fence about viewing.

Ultimately, when we came across our absolute dream home, they got us in for a walkthrough right away, helped us navigate making an offer after we fell in love with it, and then called us to celebrate our offer getting accepted, all in the span of about 24 hours.

We truly cannot recommend Kelly and Justine enough. They made this process so absolutely painless and we are so excited to have them over to our new house!
