Gayle is an amazing Realtor, as our journey to find a "perfect" home and sell our current home was a hard one and felt like it took forever. However, from day 1 she was nothing but impressive and dedicated to our needs/desires. The first step was getting the house ready to show. She came over with tons of decorations/props in order to spruce the place up a bit. She even made suggestions on what to fix/keep in mind during the process. She networked and marketed almost daily to get our home sold. You can tell that this is not just a job for her. She loves what she does and it shows. She went above and beyond and was always readily available if we needed assistance or had questions. We are very blessed to have Gayle as our Realtor!!!

My husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about Gayle! From the first time we met Gayle to the day we closed on our new home, she has been knowledgeable, dependable, reliable, responsive, generous with her time, kind, patient, respectful, HONEST (in a pretty ruthless business, as we found out along the way), and always willing to go the extra mile to make her clients happy! After finding Gayle, we ultimately decided to build a new home. She introduced us to the home builder and even though her "responsibilities" with us were complete, she still insisted on meeting up with us on every appointment we had with the home builder. She even came with us to our final home selections to help me pick out flooring and cabinetry. Being new to the area and not really knowing too many people, I really needed another woman's opinion and Gayle was right there to help me out!! I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Gayle Peace!! Not only would I recommend her to any of my friends and colleagues, but today I am proud to call her my friend!!"

Gayle went above and beyond when we were facing a number of difficult situations throughout the building process. She has a great set of moral standards which is very important when you are making the biggest purchase of your life. Even after the transaction was complete, she made herself available if we had any questions.

She helped persuade them to make repairs so that we wouldn't have to do them. When it was time to sell our house, she and her team were able to get multiple offers in less than a week. She staged our home, and she knew the reasonable contractors to help us prepare our home for sale.
