Harrop's Glen is a golf front town home community, placed between the 5th and 6th holes of the famed River Course. This tight knit community is made of 31 town homes, it is the smallest neighborhood in Kingsmill. Harrop's Glen is low- maintenance with the landscaping, exterior painting, road maintenance, trash pickup, and exterior home insurance provided by the HOA.

Quarterpath Trace, a charming community designed to replicate Colonial Williamsburg. Each home with a colonial, picket fenced in "garden". This neighborhood has a vibrant social committee that hosts various events throughout the year to include picnics, and placing of luminaries along the streets for the community to enjoy every holiday season. The common areas and sidewalks are maintained by the HOA.

The community hosts a monthly happy hour from 5-7 p.m.

Archer's Mead

Archer's Mead is a townhouse neighborhood close to the resort and comprising 112 units with four differing floor plans. This area borders Mounts Bay Road and is so close to the resort you can walk there for dinner! Home Owner Association dues are $467.00 per month.

Winster Fax

Winster Fax offers 107 townhome units and has its own tennis courts. The walking trails dissect this area of Kingsmill and is conveniently located at the junction of the two main roads, Mounts Bay and Kingsmill! Contemporary in style, Winster Fax offers several different floorplans from 2-4 bedrooms. HOA dues are $366.00 per month.

Moody's Run

Moody's Run comprises 49 'patio style' townhomes, with four different floorplans, enjoying a wonderful location nestled between the Plantation and River golf courses. Home Owner Association dues are $498.00 per month and Moody's Run does have its own swimming pool.

Burwell's Landing

Burwell's Landing is an area of 36 prestigious single-family homes close to the famed James River with homes adjacent to both the River and Plantation Golf Courses. HOA dues are $258.00 per month. Burwell's Landing takes its name from the large dock and warehouse complex built by Lewis Burwell III in the 1700s . Home Owner Association dues are $258.00 per month.

Burwell's Green

"The Green" as its more commonly known, is a charming neighborhood of 32 luxury town homes situated between the 13th, 14th, and 15th fairways of Kingsmill's Plantation Course along with several fairway and green side ponds. Built in the early 1990's, each unit features a private garage, golf views, and beautiful landscaping. Homeowners in The Green pay the Kingsmill HOA fee of $183/month plus the additional $267/month parcel fee. This fee includes landscaping, exterior maintenance, insurance, and common area maintenance.�

Littletown Quarter

Situated along the 7th and 8th fairways of Kingsmill's River Course, Littletown Quarter consists of 100 charming, attached town homes with a number of different sizes and floor plans to serve a variety of needs and lifestyles. In addition to Kingmsill's HOA fee of $183/month, Littletown Quarter residents pay an additional $290/month which includes exterior and common area maintenance, landscaping, detached garages, and a private swimming pool.

Wareham's Point

Built in the early 1990's, Wareham's Point consists of 72 attached town homes with a variety of floor plans and vistas including golf and pond views. Wareham's Point is probably best known for its cherry trees and daffodils lining the entrance way. Residents pay $315/month in additional to the Kingsmill HOA of $183/month. Services include exterior and common area maintenance, insurance, and a private pool for Wareham's Point residents and their guests.

Spencer's Grant

Among Kingsmill's newer neighborhoods, Spencer's Grant consists of 51 total lots ranging from approximately .5 to 1 acre in size, many of which are unimproved and available for purchase. Lot settings vary from the wooded and park-like to River front and River view. In addition to the Kingsmill HOA fee of $183/month, Spencer's Grant property owners pay an additional $38/month for common area maintenance.
