The biggest was probably getting us the estimates for wallpaper removal when we were gone...having the estimates allowed us to get a jump on reviewing the estimates and making a decision so we could get the work started upon our return. A job relocation forced us to quickly get our house on the market. Shirley is an absolute bulldog...with the exception of a bulldog's 'looks'. She is absolutely tenacious on behalf of her client in pursuing the client's best interests.
