I can't imagine anything she could have done differently & I will definitely refer her in the future

Tammy was challenged with not so professional buyer agents. We very much appreciate her thoughtful responses, guidance through this interesting situation, and professionalism throughout the whole process. When we interviewed her, she came prepared and asked questions. We very much appreciate everything that she has done for us. Tammy helped navigate a complicated process due to not so professional buyer agents. Also, her personal approach and professionalism during our very difficult time as this is our mothers house, whom we’ve lost to Covid, speaks volumes for her integrity. If I were to purchase a home in that area, Tammy would be the first person I would go to.

Tammy was fantastic throughout the whole sale, right up to finish. She's straightforward, listens, advises well and acts. Always got back to us quickly with answers.

She’s so knowledgeable & was supportive & helpful every step of the way. EVERYTHING was valuable!! We had a very unique situation here that I’m sure has not been seen or heard of before. As soon as issues came up Tammy was right there by my side. Being from out of state made things more difficult but Tammy made me feel like I was right there. For awhile, nothing was going right as far as addressing issues coming up with the house(repairs & updating). I was getting so stressed & frustrated with the whole situation, breaking down & crying too. But, then all I had to do was talk to Tammy & she just jumped into action to help on the local level & made everything ok again. She definitely went above & beyond with the sale of my house. She would say “it’s part of my job”. I told her I disagree & that she’s my angel. Again, I just want to add what an amazing job Tammy did for my family even dating back 20+ years ago when she sold the house to my parents. My dad knew a good person back then too. That’s why I knew Tammy was the only person for the job to sell the house this time. I can go on & on, I just wanted to let Liz Moore know what a great asset you have in your company & the name is Tammy Smith. There is nothing Tammy didn’t do for us. She covered it all. Everything was great, I wouldn’t change a thing. Great experience.

A real pro and a wonderful human being. Se was most valuable in everything, there were no missed steps, very complete.

We got immediate attention for any problem. She encouraged us to do things we might not have done--ask for concession re hot water heater. She wouldn't give up on a Friday afternoon until she found a mortgage lender so we could get a letter accompanying our bid. She's enthusiastic, upbeat, knowledgeable, and is the total package. As we prepare to list our previous home, she has given advice, met with the painters and us, and made us feel better about the potential this house has to offer.

Tammy has been with us for 6 years or so while house was on and off market.Since we don't live in the area, she graciously watched over the house, checking on it regularly. She also talked me down off the cliff when it became apparent we were going to have to keep lowering the price due to lack of offers at the price I had as a minimum that became unrealistic. She has always been calm, level headed and straightforward.
