She was able to get me a quick appointment to see the new construction condo I ended up buying and because she acted so quickly, I was the first person to look at it after it came on the market and was able to buy it because I got there first. With the competition, had she not been so responsive and quick, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it. She was also super proactive over the long wait time to get information for me and stuck with me throughout the entire 6 month back and forth with the builder and their agents. She also helped me ask (or asked for me) questions that helped me get what I needed and wanted.
