Heather was the best agent with whom we’ve ever worked. She is detail oriented, a quick study, and very responsive. She listened. In our previous experiences, agents would listen in part and then would conform our wishes to their inventory. Heather listened to us, worked tirelessly to find properties that fit our basic needs, and then continued to winnow down possibilities until we found the perfect place. Heather met all of our expectations...and then some. We will recommend her to any of our friends and former colleagues who relocate to the area or who are already in the area and looking for a new home. And now that the project is finished, she continues to help us. She could’ve prioritized us at a lower level, and we would’ve understood, but she’s still engaged, still available, and still very helpful.

She is all the things you want in a professional. Knowledgeable, responsive, but most importantly she has your interest at heart. We didn't need to move, it was a "want" which made us a tough customer. But, Heather is patient and willing to provide the feedback you need to make a good decision. She was always willing to discuss anything and always ready to show properties. And we saw a lot more than a few. However, she was never impatient and never wavered in her support of our goals. So as I said in the beginning, this is the agent you will want and need.
