Ms. Augustine came to our first interview with a list of recent sales of comps in our neighborhood, and impressed us with her obvious command of, and love of, the real estate business. She worked seamlessly with the downsizing company that was handling our relocation from Virginia to New York State, and after we had moved to our new home she deftly took care of arranging for the repairs requested by the buyer.
