After having our house on the market for approx 8 months we asked that the original agent be relieved. Sully took over & after only a week, we had a contract in hand. After he took over, all situations were handled promptly & efficiently. He was very good about keeping in touch with us as the process of selling our house was taking place, which we greatly appreciated. Would we use Sully again? Absolutely … job well done!

We had lived in our home in Illinois for sixteen years, so we were unprepared for a lot of the minutia incumbent with purchasing a home in the 21st century.
Denise handled much of the paperwork and coordination with the bank, appraiser, inspector and title company in a way that made the entire transition much easier for us.
It was, however, Denise's familiarity with the Williamsburg/Toano area that really made the difference. Not only was she able to help us locate the house that was best suited to our family, but she also guided us to various businesses and organizations in the area that would be important to us.
