that you could ask for in an agent. Knowledgeable, quick response times, professional, easy to
get in touch with, always returns calls, emails and texts promptly, gets things done, knows the
real estate business thoroughly. No situation is too much for her to handle. Always advocating
for her client - gets things done right and in your best interests. She has a wonderful personality

Tom and I have always loved the Gloucester area and the York River. We dreamed about having a vacation home that would eventually be our retirement home. A few years back, we called Cheri Nice whose name was on a real estate sign in a yard that we saw from the bough of our boat. We left a message for Cheri who called us back before we sailed out of the cove. We looked at the house with her 2 hours later. The house was not a good match for us but Cheri Nice was the perfect match. Cheri showed us a few places, which we determined together, might be our dream-come-true home. After 3 or 4 more showings we put a contract in on a place that we adore. Now, a decade later, we haven't moved in permanently but we are looking forward to it everyday. We also look forward to seeing Cheri when we are at the River. She is a dear friend and it is always a pleasure to catch up with her!

Stephanie was excellent during our home buying process. We were moving from New York to Williamsburg, working full-time with 2 young children. Needless to say, we needed Stephanie to be there to answer questions and assist with various steps in the process almost daily.
