Frances made the difference!

I just completed the selling and buying process and I can't imagine going through it without Frances! She made all the difference! She made a daunting process flow with ease. She kept track of everything and was there for me every time I needed her. No detail was too small for her! I needed her guidance to tell me when something was a normal part of the process - even when I wanted to freak out! She kept me calm every step of the way. She was so patient with me, and when late in the process of home searching, I realized I wanted something different; she made the quick pivot to send me other listings and that made all the difference in my outcome.
