Courtney and team did an amazing job selling our house. We had a few bumps, but she was extremely responsive and assisted us through the entire process. She is very dependable. I knew at any time I could call her to find out more information or options. Courtney and team assisted in scheduling inspections, managing all the invoices, and communicating with the closing company and the buying agent. She even met with us a few months before selling to prepare us for everything we needed to do. She has a deep knowledge of the process and guided us expertly through selecting an offer and negotiating. She was particularly helpful with us not being local at the time of closing and handled everything remotely with ease. She goes above and beyond for her clients.
