She was very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING in being a seller and a buyer in the market. I realized the caliber of what Vicki does when looking at how the buyer’s agent handled their side of the sale of our house. That agent constantly did things according to her personal schedule and situation which held up the buyer looking at our home, putting in an offer, getting the offer finalized, she was late for inspections and it really made things so much harder on our side. The level of professionalism that Vicki possesses is outstanding.

Every question we had was answered in immediate fashion - always with positive results! House sale and house purchased were completed quickly and professionally!

Tabitha is truly amazing! I don't think that I can accurately put into words just how impressed I am with how she handled my parents' home purchase.

My parents are retired, in their 70s, and were seeking to leave their home of over 40 years in New York to come to Virginia. So much has changed with the home buying/selling process in 40 years. Needless to say it could have been a difficult experience for my parents.

Tabitha set them up with listings remotely and communicated with them regularly. She even found them a great realtor in NY to handle the listing and sale of their home. My parents really required a lot of attention during this process. Tabitha was always responsive and never left them waiting for answers. There are a lot of emotions involved with leaving your home of over four decades and I feel that Tabitha was very much aware of that and sensitive to it.

As their son I'm biased, but I think that my folks can be a lot to deal with when it comes to high stress situations. Tabitha handled them expertly. If something upset them or caught them off guard about the process, she immediately provided the appropriate information to put them at ease.

When it was all said and done, my parents bought a new home in Virginia and sold their home in New York within a period of 72 hours. They had a a better experience than I ever could have hoped for and Tabitha was a huge help to me personally as I was assisting them with the process. I'm beyond pleased and impressed. Thank you, Tabitha!

We always felt that Jemma was the consummate professional, whether she was representing us in negotiations, exploring alternative ideas for finding a home, or in her daily conduct with us. As we all know, the market has been very difficult to navigate, but we never felt that Jemma pushed us, or showed us properties that weren’t in our perimeters. She works incredibly hard, is well respected by her competitors, and genuinely wants to find you the perfect home; not just sell you a house.
