Andrea is the best prepared realtor I’ve ever worked with, and this was the 9th house I’ve sold with a realtor. She has a wonderful staging and photography crew, and recommend several businesses that made clearing out my mom’s home so much easier. She was on top of all the various juggling balls and is especially knowledgeable in all things Ford’s Colony. With all the changing laws about compensating realtors, I still recommend going the traditional route with Andrea.
