It was pouring rain, the house had no gutters, mud was everywhere, and here comes Frances, IN HEELS, walking through it all like it was nothing. No rush, no complaints just fully focused on making sure we saw every part of that home. That moment told us everything we needed to know: she’s committed, she’s real, and she’s about her clients.
