We were new to the Richmond, VA area, but Steve's knowledge of the area as well as his expert guidance on a range of questions we had throughout the buying experience helped us immensely. I ask a lot of questions, and Steve patiently was able to answer all of them, or find me the right resources. Then, during the negotiations with the seller, Steve expertly walked us through our options and recommended actions we could take to ensure all problems were solved promptly. Even after close, Steve has kept up with us to ask how things are going and how he can help as we settle into our new home. His knowledge, professionalism and calm manner was key to our comfort with the entire buying experience. I look forward to hiring Steve again to represent when we sell and buy a home in the future! Steve just helped my fiancé and I buy our first home! He was an incredible agent to work with.
