From start to finish, Amy and Jason went above and beyond. They coordinated every repair, ensured all work was done to a high standard, and promptly provided us with invoices and updates. They even oversaw landscaping improvements and kept the property maintained right through closing.

We’ve bought and sold numerous homes over the years, but we have never experienced this level of service, professionalism, and dedication from realtors. Once the maintenance and updates were complete, they listed the home and had it under contract within two weeks—for full asking price!

Check out all the agents you want, but you will never find another one as wonderful as Frances Capriglione. Making the decision to sell my home was very hard and emotional for me and I needed just the right person to understand and make the process as easy as possible. The most helpful was her continued reassurance that things would be okay if she was there to help us however we needed. I needed an agent who was compassionate and would hold my hand. Leigh Ann was that and more. I am so grateful that we had her through the whole process.

She has been in contact with us through out the photographer and drone footage was new and very innovative.
