She took the time to walk me through the process and explain everything in detail which was a huge help in preparing. She went above and beyond even offering her own personal time to assist with repair items. She was always one step ahead of anything that needed to be done like having an inspection done before hand which was a huge time saver. She took a lot of the guess work out of the complexities of the real estate world. The process was stress free, fun and profitable. Tabitha is a fantastic realtor who I would recommend to anyone.
