In over 45 years of dealing with realtors, my wife and I had the absolute best experience with Lorraine. She knows her business and does it extremely well. She was always positive, supportive, and very, very responsive to our needs, our questions, and our opinions. She was forthcoming with ideas and suggestions, but she never tried to force any of that on us. She listened to us and acted in our best interest and according to our wishes. Lorraine is a superb realtor and is not only trustworthy, but she is thorough in all that she does. She was extremely helpful with documentation and forms as well as preparing the house for presentation and then the sale. She definitly went the extra mile in all her efforts. Lorraine is pleasant, charming, and good natured, and we consider her not only a great realtor but also a dear friend.
