She was patience and very knowledgable about the Williamsburg area. Each time that we went out to look at a home with her, we learned something new about our new city that we call home as well as what things were actually the most valuable to us when purchasing a home. We saw a lot of homes, but it never felt like a chore because Eli kept the interactions light and gave us the time we needed to really see whether or not we could really see ourselves living in a home or not. When it came down to the purchase process, she was organized and handled lots for us behind the scene that made our home buying process as clear as possible. We keep in touch and she's been instrumental in connecting us to excellent tradespersons who have given our new home the little touch ups that it needed to truly feel like our own. We'd definitely work with her again and would recommend her as well!

Tiffany found the property, conducted a thorough research of the properties to determine an appropriate purchase price for this fixer upper/flip. She recommended the types of renovations that needed to be done based on the house and the area. Tiffany recommended an asking price that after another thorough research and staging, showed off the house and it's advantages. She knew the price range we wanted for the house and negotiated a deal that worked for us.

Frances was the consummate professional. She was extremely detailed, organized, and walked us through every step of the way. We interviewed a couple other agents before deciding to hire Frances and she was more interested in our house and we could tell she would dive in and represent us to the fullest.
