Meg went above and beyond in more ways than I can list! From the preparation of my mother's house, including clearing out furniture and many other items, to expertly negotiating the terms of the purchase offer, she was more involved and more helpful than I could have hoped for. Her network of contractors and professionals were always available, efficient, and reasonably priced. As I live out of state, Meg spent much time at the house supervising improvement projects, appliance delivery, and repairs, ensuring all work was
done well and on time. She educated me on recent changes to the real estate industry and related regulations, kept me updated on developments, made sound suggestions, and aggressively marketed the house. Meg's dedication, expertise, and helpfulness ensured that our house sale was as successful as possible. I was truly impressed with how effectively she managed the entire, sometimes

Tiffany found the property, conducted a thorough research of the properties to determine an appropriate purchase price for this fixer upper/flip. She recommended the types of renovations that needed to be done based on the house and the area. Tiffany recommended an asking price that after another thorough research and staging, showed off the house and it's advantages. She knew the price range we wanted for the house and negotiated a deal that worked for us.

Brigit was great as always! This is our second home we bought with Brigit as our agent. She is on top of the game when it comes to looking out for us and staying on top of the process. Frances was the consummate professional. She was extremely detailed, organized, and walked us through every step of the way. We interviewed a couple other agents before deciding to hire Frances and she was more interested in our house and we could tell she would dive in and represent us to the fullest. We sure were correct as she was on point during the entire process.

Frances is also very knowledgeable about the transaction, what steps are next, things to look out for, and more. The recommendations she provided to ready our home to sell were excellent and the staging was fantastic. We couldn't have navigated this without her expertise.
