She was always quick to respond and managed to handle our offer and counter offer while she was in South AND North Carolina!!!! We feel Tracey looked out for our best interests and was most concerned that we made the right decision for us and at the right price. She gave us good advice at each step.

Denise came into my home and photographed the entire house for listing and presentation. While I had a lovely house she was able to make it look much better with her skills in taking pictures and presentation content in the pictures. She is easy to talk with and is a skilled negotiator. I have recommended her to several people and she is currently listing houses as a result of the good work she did for me in selling my house quickly and at almost full listing price.

Having moved 14 times in 31 years, we have worked with many realtors, most of them quite competent. However, Denise Fleischmann proved to be the best of them all by far. Having worked with her in the past few years, (2012-2013), she not only performed an excellent job of marketing and selling our former home, but went above and beyond in helping us locate and purchase our current home as well. She was always available, (and if we needed to leave a message, she was promptly returned our calls). She quickly tracked down any information we requested and performed her duties in a timely, skilled manner. She is also a wealth of information concerning Williamsburg and the surrounding areas (and has many contacts to turn to for any additional information that may prove to be helpful). In summary, she is a delight to work with......kind, courteous and entirely professional. We highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor !

On our purchase she researched and negotiated extra land that was not included in the original listing and negotiated a much reduced price. In summary--she's great!
