Andrea is the best prepared realtor I’ve ever worked with, and this was the 9th house I’ve sold with a realtor. She has a wonderful staging and photography crew, and recommend several businesses that made clearing out my mom’s home so much easier. She was on top of all the various juggling balls and is especially knowledgeable in all things Ford’s Colony. With all the changing laws about compensating realtors, I still recommend going the traditional route with Andrea. You will be in the hands of a real estate expert who knows the business and all its nuances far better than you ever will. Relax and let her handle all the headaches of selling and/or buying a home. You won’t regret it!

She went above and beyond by overseeing a complete renovation of the home and picking out the pretty
things to make the house complete. She was communicative and responsive. We felt like she was on our side throughout the entire process. We trusted her 100% as we conducted the transaction from over 7,000 miles away. Riya is a superstar and will definitely recommend her to others.
