I whole-heartedly recommend Cheri Nice to those searching for a new residence. My husband and I benefitted from Cheri’s knowledge of the area. Cheri was extremely patient with us in our search and offered the pros and cons concerning the properties we toured. Cheri presented aspects of the properties we would not have considered which helped us purchase the ideal property for our needs.

Ms. Nice was our realtor and was very professional. She went over everything that needed to be done in order to sell our house. She had a list of contractors that she used to fix any issues that came up during the inspection. We would recommend her and if we needed to sell or purchase a house on the peninsula we would use her again.

We used Cheri to purchase our home as a dual agent representing both the buyer and seller. For that role, you need a realtor with high integrity that you can really trust. Cheri proved to be that person.

Cheri has a ton of experience as a realtor and extensive knowledge of the area and houses. As first time home buyers, we found her to be a very valuable resource, able to answer our many questions in detail. We're probably the rare family who skipped the starter home and went straight to buying our "forever home" so we found this aspect particularly helpful.

Her staging of the house was exquisite. She really brought out the best qualities of the home, and made the closing feel very special. I would definitely use her again, but thanks to her, I probably won't need to!

We met Shelly by chance. She happened to be the duty agent the day we found a Liz Moore house we wanted to see. We had a very specific neighborhood and wish list. She showed us every house we requested, which was a lot because we looked for six months until we found one!! She navigated the home buying process so well. We even had her sell the house we were living in at the time. Even during the holidays, a Presidential election, Thanksgiving, and winter weather, she got our house sold for asking price!! Beyond the home buying and selling process she had a plethora of great handy men recommendations, a great home inspector, great furniture shop recommendations. Shelly is so kind and personable. Definitely would recommend:)
